Christmas gift ideas!
Ok so here are some of my favorite oral care products that make great stocking stuffers and gifts for this holiday season.
Sonic- Fusion - I am in love. This is what I have always dreamed of more counter space and the ultimate oral care device. It is a water flosser and tooth brush in one! You can alternate between brushing and water flossing, GENIUS! Not to mention it is pretty and sleek. This is definitely at the top of my list.
2. I adore this toothpaste. It makes me want to brush my teeth all the time and the packaging looks so pretty on my vanity display. I love anything rosewater and the whitening is great. Supersmile has a variety of flavors you can check out here.
3. This is another one of my favorites. I have always loved oil pulling. I notice a big difference in my skin when I do it I find it very detoxifying and great for the oral mucosa. I have always experimented with my own coconut oil and essential oil but this is by far my favorite and a great stocking stuffer as well.
4. One thing people often forget is that your diet and nutrition is often reflected in you mouth. Stress and poor diet can wreck havoc in the mouth. I always recommend patients take a multivitamin with omega 3/6 and a probiotic. Its easy to say it but patients don’t always follow. Therefore when I tell them about Smarty Pants gummy viatmins and they taste how yummy they are they will take them for sure. Of course there are way better supplements out there to take, but these are better than nothing. I consider them the bridge to grown-up viatmins :)
